Draft System Consultation & Training in the Bay Area

Vendor-neutral consultation and hands-on staff training to help you plan smarter systems and get more out of every keg.

What's Included

What We Do

Whether you're planning a new bar build, evaluating an existing system, or trying to improve pour quality and reduce waste, 101 Draft Works offers vendor-neutral consultation backed by years of real-world experience.

Before you spend a dollar on equipment or construction, talk to us. We review your floor plan, planned menu, and serving volume, and give you straight, vendor-neutral advice about what your system actually needs. We won't oversell you on hardware you don't need, and we'll help you avoid the mistakes that cost operators tens of thousands of dollars to fix after opening.

We also provide hands-on staff training so your team knows how to properly tap kegs, troubleshoot foaming issues, read gas gauges, and maintain faucets between service visits. Better-trained staff means fewer problems, less wasted product, and more consistent pours every shift.

New Build Planning: We review blueprints, cooler layouts, and bar designs before construction, catching issues when changes are still cheap to make.
Existing System Audit: We evaluate your current system, identify performance gaps, and recommend targeted improvements with honest cost-benefit analysis.
Staff Training: Hands-on training for bartenders and managers: keg tapping, coupler connection, gas changeovers, faucet cleaning, and foam troubleshooting.
Vendor-Neutral Advice: We're not tied to any equipment brand. Our recommendations are based on what works best for your space and volume, not what pays us the best margin.
